If you like your hoodies with a looser fit, please order a size up.
You can return your accessories / clothing items within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or exchange it for a different size or colour.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene certain items, such as body jewellery, cannot be returned.
Sale items, limited edition items and/or bundle deals are non-returnable unless due to manufacturing faults. They are sold at a discounted price and as such all sales are final.
Custom made products are also non-returnable as these are one of a kind, made-to-order products and as such all sales are final.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The removal of stickers or other such free items will be charged against the customers refund if entire order is returned.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
