CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Accessories/Clothing

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a refund of that item or exchange it for a different size or colour.

Plugs/Body Jewellery

If there has been an error on our part (wrong size/incorrect item) we will cover the postage cost for the return/exchange. 

Please contact us before posting items back, so we can arrange the correct method of postage with you.

WHERE CAN I SEND MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

Please e-mail us at info@customplugs.com with the following information (which can be found from your confirmation email) and we will give you full details and instructions on the return process.

- Your Full Name

- Your Order Number

- Your Paypal email address

- A detailed description of your query/problem 

Please entitle the subject of your email clearly.

Example: You have a problem regarding a damaged plug from your order. Entitle the email "Customer Name - Damaged Plug", this will speed up the process.
