The pricing and quality is great, the customer service is amazing, they are quick to respond and I trust that when I order something like amethyst that's what I'm getting. Some places try to sell dyed glass or other material as a genuine crystal/stone but not this company. I recently dropped a plug I JUST got from maybe 6 inches and it broke but they are replacing the pair. The shipping is longer for me being in the US but that's to be expected. The website gives great advice to those who are new and don't know where to start when it comes to ear stretching, and the customer service is fantastic. My taper kit shipped faster than I expected, and when I emailed to let them know they accidentally sent me the wrong material, Carmie emailed me back and took care of everything within 12 hours. I’ve only had really good experiences with UkCustomPlugs. The plugs are true to size, the designs are the same in real life as you choose them online and the quality of the plugs is great. For now I only have black and gold metal tunnels, glass engraved teardrops and wood engraved teardrops and I had no problems with either the plugs or the packaging and shipping. Amazing customer service

The Custom Plugs team were so, so helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong size! It was completely my fault but they sent the right ones out the next day, even sending me a random surprise plug for my troubles when I had an issue! Honestly couldn't fault the customer service, and that's resulted in me buying half of my boyfriends Christmas presents from their plug and accessory sections!
