For now I only have black and gold metal tunnels, glass engraved teardrops and wood engraved teardrops and I had no problems with either the plugs or the packaging and shipping. I’m very much pleased and can’t wait to order some more :))

Best brand I've used in ages

I have been ordering my piercing from few different companies but ended up with having whole collection just from customplugs as their quality exceeds any other brands.
I order plugs once every few months cause they do last and it's just to expand my collection.
The new metal snake plugs are absolutely amazing and sit perfectly.

For anyone saying that customplugs are pricey, maybe a bit but it's because their quality beats other brands and customer service really does their job properly!!

Single most helpful company ever

Ordered some plugs and was advised that one of the sets were actually unavailable - Emily was great and helped me find a similar set!! Unforrunately the similar set was single flare plugs and I dont trust the little bands they need.
