Some places try to sell dyed glass or other material as a genuine crystal/stone but not this company. I recently dropped a plug I JUST got from maybe 6 inches and it broke but they are replacing the pair. The shipping is longer for me being in the US but that's to be expected. The website gives great advice to those who are new and don't know where to start when it comes to ear stretching, and the customer service is fantastic. My taper kit shipped faster than I expected, and when I emailed to let them know they accidentally sent me the wrong material, Carmie emailed me back and took care of everything within 12 hours. I’ve only had really good experiences with UkCustomPlugs. The plugs are true to size, the designs are the same in real life as you choose them online and the quality of the plugs is great. For now I only have black and gold metal tunnels, glass engraved teardrops and wood engraved teardrops and I had no problems with either the plugs or the packaging and shipping. Best brand I've used in ages

I have been ordering my piercing from few different companies but ended up with having whole collection just from customplugs as their quality exceeds any other brands.
I order plugs once every few months cause they do last and it's just to expand my collection.
The new metal snake plugs are absolutely amazing and sit perfectly.

For anyone saying that customplugs are pricey, maybe a bit but it's because their quality beats other brands and customer service really does their job properly!!

Single most helpful company ever

Ordered some plugs and was advised that one of the sets were actually unavailable - Emily was great and helped me find a similar set!! Unforrunately the similar set was single flare plugs and I dont trust the little bands they need. Fantastic Customer Service!

However one plug that i ordered wasnt shipped with my order so i contacted customer services.
