Terms & Conditions for FREE PLUGS Promo:

  • The FREE PLUGS promo is applicable for the purchase of plugs, tunnels, and teardrops only. Earweights, fake plugs, tapers, and earrings are not included in this offer.
  • For every plug purchased, customers will receive an additional FREE random plug added to their order when shipping*.
  • If the customer purchases individual plugs, the corresponding number of additional RANDOM individual plugs will be included for FREE. For example, if 5 individual plugs are bought, 5 additional RANDOM individual plugs will be added to the order for FREE.
  • If the customer purchases pairs of plugs, they should buy them as normal, and we will include random pairs in the chosen size(s) as the additional FREE plugs.
  • The FREE plug(s) received will be chosen at random and may not necessarily match the style, design, or material of the originally purchased plug(s) but where possible we do try and give a similar style or material.
  • Please note that the FREE plug(s) will not be displayed in your online basket during the checkout process. However, they will be included in your order when it is shipped*.
  • This offer is valid for plugs in all sizes.
  • There is no limit to the number of plugs that can be purchased under this promo. Customers are encouraged to fill their basket and treat themselves.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • The FREE PLUGS promo is subject to availability. In the event that a particular plug or size is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar alternative of equal or greater value.
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate this promo at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
  • By participating in the FREE PLUGS promo, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions related to the purchase and use of our products.
