I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size for my jewelry, and I can honestly say I've never seen such amazing communication and support from a company. Custom Plugs team have been nothing but lovely and efficient in the process of returning my order. I will definitely order from them again and this time, I won't make a mistake :)
Amazing service from Custom Plugs (Yet again!)
I ordered a pair of amethyst tunnels from Customer Plugs and then sent an email asking if it would be possible to have a pair as dark as possible. Within minutes I received an reply from Emily saying that she would put a note on my order and that they would do their best to select a pair that I would love. The next day a pair of beautiful dark amethyst tunnels arrived. Perfect fit, perfect finish, perfect colour, perfect everything. Well done and thank you Emily, and all at Custom Plugs! :-)

Black Steel Screwback Tunnels
Recently ordered the Black steel tunnels (screw back) and cannot be happier. Easy to put in and take out and they look great too.

We had a little trouble with the delivery due to postal service, but Miye from customer support was extremely helpful and sorted everything out quick and hassle free for my part.
My email was answered within 12hrs from the time i sent it.
Plugs arrived and they are more beautiful than the picture on the website and amazing quality.

Custom plugs are incredible and I will not shop anywhere else for my ears needs! Despite my last order having issues with delivery custom plugs sent a brand new order which arrived the following day and issued a £20 voucher for me for the inconvenience and this really made my day :) This is how good service is done guys ! Honest review :))
I’ve only had really good experiences with UkCustomPlugs. The plugs are true to size, the designs are the same in real life as you choose them online and the quality of the plugs is great. For now I only have black and gold metal tunnels, glass engraved teardrops and wood engraved teardrops and I had no problems with either the plugs or the packaging and shipping. I’m very much pleased and can’t wait to order some more :))

custom plugs is the best company to order from. in the years i've been ordering from them i've never had any problem with any order and delivery is relatively fast. It's worth it to set up an account with the company as they really value their customers and thats the reason the majority of my collection is custom plugs, because you feel valued when ordering from them.
Best brand I've used in ages
I have been ordering my piercing from few different companies but ended up with having whole collection just from customplugs as their quality exceeds any other brands.
I order plugs once every few months cause they do last and it's just to expand my collection.
The new metal snake plugs are absolutely amazing and sit perfectly.
For anyone saying that customplugs are pricey, maybe a bit but it's because their quality beats other brands and customer service really does their job properly!!

I will never go anywhere else for jewellery. The packaging is beautiful, sustainable and recyclable, my order is always shipped the same day and the customer service is next to none. The sizing of their plugs is exact and of the highest quality. I can’t recommend these guys enough honestly!

The best shop for plugs & jewellery
I’ve been shopping with Custom Plugs for years now and I have never been let down, I’ve bought jewellery, clothing, cases, plugs, nearly everything on the site and not once have I been disappointed with my purchase, the most recent purchase was a hoodie, a set of silicone tunnels and a ring, they gave me a free pin for being a top customer, small things like that really go a long way, I will forever be recommending them to anyone in search of plugs or piercing jewellery, hoodies or T shirts, whatever it is, these guys do NOT disappoint.
Single most helpful company ever
Ordered some plugs and was advised that one of the sets were actually unavailable - Emily was great and helped me find a similar set!! Unforrunately the similar set was single flare plugs and I dont trust the little bands they need. Happily, Emily was there for me AGAIN and sent me the original plugs I ordered as soon as they were in stock, PLUS a free set of different plugs!! 10000/10 customer service

Fantastic Customer Service!
I’m very pleased with my experience ordering from Custom Plugs! This was my first time ordering from them and there was an issue with my PO Box, I live on a base in Germany with an American PO Box. I spoke to Emily and Miye, both WONDERFUL to work with. They both made sure I received my order even though they had to try more than one option of getting it to me. Custom Plugs went above and beyond to get me my order!

So happy with Custom Plugs!! Ordered some silicone tunnels that are really good quality and i am happy with. However one plug that i ordered wasnt shipped with my order so i contacted customer services. My issue was dealt with by Emily who was very friendly, helpful and resolved the issue straight away without an issue. Would definitely recommend buying from Custom Plugs!

Amazing customer service
The Custom Plugs team were so, so helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong size! It was completely my fault but they sent the right ones out the next day, even sending me a random surprise plug for my troubles when I had an issue! Honestly couldn't fault the customer service, and that's resulted in me buying half of my boyfriends Christmas presents from their plug and accessory sections!
