Points can be redeemed at the checkout page and earning them isn’t just based on purchases.

 

HOW DO I JOIN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM?

Joining our loyalty program is free and simple! If you haven’t already simply create a customer account. Once you have an account you can start earning points. Just make sure each time you come back you’re logged in so the points can get tracked and assigned to your account.


HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Points can currently be earned for the following actions:

  • Making purchases — every time you make a purchase you earn points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to your Reward Points balance.
  • Registering on the site.
  • Subscribing to a newsletter for the first time.
  • Sending Invitations — Earn points by inviting your friends to join the site.
  • Converting Invitations to Customer — Earn points for every invitation you send out which leads to your friends registering on the site.
  • Converting Invitations to Order — Earn points for every invitation you send out which leads to a sale.
  • Review Submission — Earn points for submitting product reviews.
 

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS?

You’ll get the option to use your loyalty points at the checkout. Simply click the button ‘use reward points’ and momentary amount will be deducted from your order.


I CAN'T LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT

Not to worry! Simply head to the account page and click ‘’Forgot password’’ We will then send you an email which verifies if you’re the account holder. From there you’ll be linked through to our site where you can choose a new password.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you return a product the points earned in that purchase will be deducted from your account.

 

WHY DIDN'T I GET POINTS FOR MY INVITATION?

We need to track that your invitation has registered. The only way to do this is if your unique referral link is clicked. We identify an invitation when the unique link is clicked and a purchase is made from the same device. Once this has been done your account with be credited with reward points!


CAN I EXCHANGE MY POINTS FOR MONEY?

No, you can’t redeem your points for a cash equivalent. However points can be used against any online purchase.

 

WILL MY DETAILS BE PASSED ONTO A THIRD PARTY?

No, we won’t give your personal information to a third party without your consent.

 

CAN I TRANSFER MY POINTS ONTO ANOTHER ACCOUNT?

Points are allocated for personal use only. We can’t transfer these to another account.

 

HOW DO I UPDATE MY DETAILS?

If you change address, name or contact details then these can be easily updated. Simply log into your account and click on ‘’account settings’’

 

HOW CAN I CHECK HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?

You can review how many points you have on your account page. Here you’ll also see your personal details.
