Returns Policy

We’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, but understand you might have second thoughts. Follow the instructions set out below to process a return.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

 

Accessories/Clothing

You can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or exchange it for a different size or colour.

 

Plugs/Body Jewellery

Please note that in the interests of hygiene certain items, such as plugs, body jewellery, ear weights etc. cannot be returned unless they are still in the hygienically sealed bag, This is due to hygiene reasons.

Please always double check the size you require and make sure you order the correct amount.

 

Other

Sale items, limited edition items and/or bundle deals are non-returnable unless due to manufacturing faults. They are sold at a discounted price and as such all sales are final. Custom made products are also non-returnable as these are one of a kind, made-to-order products and as such all sales are final.

 

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. The removal of stickers or other such free items will be charged against the customers refund if entire order is returned.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return adequately to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

 

WHERE CAN I SEND MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

 

Please e-mail us at info@customplugs.com with the following information (which can be found from your confirmation email) and we will give you full details and instructions on the return process.

- Your Full Name

- Your Order Number

- Your Paypal email address

- A detailed description of your query/problem

 

Please entitle the subject of your email clearly.

Example: You have a problem regarding a damaged plug from your order. Entitle the email "Customer Name - Damaged Plug", this will speed up the process.
